Turning of the year at Palau

I left the Philippines on the eve of Dec. 28, 2007 for Palau just to work for a day (Dec. 31st). Really had a lot of time to rest and enjoy. Spent my new year with a family of Filipino in Palau, the place was quiet and peaceful unlike how we celebrate it in the Philippines and other parts of the globe.
